Generali Global Assistance (GGA) received a call into our 24/7 assistance center from a customer who discovered that someone had ordered a watch using his PayPal account without his permission. He had already contacted PayPal to have the money refunded to his account but was seeking assistance with additional precautionary measures he should take. He also wanted to ensure that no other fraudulent activity had taken place.
