There’s a lot to celebrate around here as we recently received news of winning multiple honors from two highly-regarded award programs: the International Stevie AwardsSM and the Golden Bridge Awards®. Excellent Identity Protection Service Marketing
Both the identity protection service marketing team and the resolution team received two awards respectively. The marketing team won a bronze Stevie Award® in the small-budget marketing campaign of the year category for their “Identity Protection for International Travelers” campaign. They received high remarks from many judges, including “Excellent campaign, great results, well done entry!” In addition, the team took home a silver Golden Bridge Award® for “Marketing Team of the Year – Business Products and Services.” The team is honored by these recognitions and looking forward to working with our partners in the coming year to continue to provide the kind of quality marketing support that helped them cinch these awards.
People-First Identity Theft Resolution Service
The resolution team also received two awards and high praises from many of judges for the level of customer service they provide. One of the judges stated, “I appreciate the ‘people-first’ strategy – fantastic way to engage the team. This entry highlighted several key initiatives to improve the customer experience.” To their already lengthy list of accolades, they’re adding a gold Stevie Award® and gold Golden Bridge Award®. The team continues to regard achieving 100% customer satisfaction as their top-priority and is available 24/7 to help our partners’ customers.
